By accessing or using Toolento, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who uses our online tools or related services.

Toolento provides online PDF and file processing tools, including but not limited to conversion, compression, merging, splitting, and OCR utilities.

We may add, modify, or remove features over time to improve reliability, security, or user experience. Descriptions on individual tool pages reflect current capabilities but are not a guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely.

When using Toolento, you agree to:

• Use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws
• Avoid abuse, excessive automated requests, or attempts to overwhelm our infrastructure
• Not upload malicious, harmful, or unauthorized content
• Maintain appropriate backups of important files before and after processing

You may not use Toolento to:

• Process illegal files or content, or content you do not have the right to use
• Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Abuse, attack, or attempt to disrupt our services or underlying infrastructure
• Run excessive automated traffic that degrades service for others
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures

We may limit, throttle, or block accounts, IP addresses, or sessions that violate these rules or pose a risk to the platform.

Files you upload are used solely to perform the processing you request. You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use and process those files.

You retain ownership of the files and content you upload. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your files only as needed to provide the requested tool functionality.

The Toolento name, website, software, branding, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our platform to you.

Some features may require an account or a paid subscription. Paid plans may include usage limits, fair-use policies, or feature restrictions described at checkout or on our pricing pages.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You must provide accurate account and billing information where required
• Abuse or violations may result in suspension or termination of access

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Subscription plans typically renew on a recurring basis until you cancel through your account or billing portal, where available.

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and may also be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Contact us if you believe a charge was made in error.

We aim to keep Toolento reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control.

• Features, limits, and tool availability may change without prior notice
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access
• Scheduled or emergency maintenance may temporarily affect processing

Toolento is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of important files. Processing results may vary depending on file quality, format, and tool settings.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, abused the platform, or created risk for other users or our infrastructure.

You may stop using Toolento at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as limitations of liability) will remain in effect where applicable.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Continued use of Toolento after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
